Therapy rooms to hire

For eleven years Spark has provided high quality, affordable therapy rooms to hire on an hourly or daily basis. We have recently passed on this part of our work to Harbour Therapy Rooms. Please contact them through their website or by email to avi@harbourtherapyrooms.co.uk We still use these rooms ourselves and provide support to Harbour to ensure they are run in the way we know is needed for a safe, professional, therapeutic environment.

The rooms are in the centre of Leeds, five minutes walk from Leeds railway station, with easy on-street parking and on a main bus route.

The four rooms are suitable for use by therapists, counsellors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, CBT therapists and other health practitioners, as well as coaches and mentors. They are perfect for talking therapies but not for more active therapy or for treatments requiring a couch.

All the rooms are ideal for individual consultations, with two larger rooms also equipped for group sessions. They are all peaceful and quiet.

There are two waiting areas and separate male and female toilets. There is also access to a shared kitchen for making drinks, with tea and coffee included in the cost of room hire. The rooms are accessible all year round 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
